Matt joined the staff as church administrator in April of 2015. He is married to Pam and they have two  adult daughters, and a son-in-law. Matt enjoys working on projects and working behind the scenes so the church can operate functionally and smoothly. He oversees all the committees/ministries at WCMC and backs up Pastor Charlie with pastoral duties. Matt enjoys racing, sports, running, pickleball, and spending time with his family.

Owen started at WCMC in April 2022. A native of Bolivar, Ohio and a graduate of Tusky Valley High School, he received his Bachelors degree in Ministry at Ohio Christian University. Owen directs our vibrant youth ministry activities including Wednesday Night Fellowship and Sunday School. He is a big fan of his wife, Meghan, his large extended family, and all things movie related.

Wendy comes to Walnut Creek with over 15 years of office and administrative experience in the corporate and educational fields.  She assists Pastor Matt with day to day operations of the church, helps with social media, as well as assisting Pastors Charlie and Owen with ministry preparation and all things office related. Wendy is always on the move, is willing to laugh at herself, and enjoys spending time outside.
